Products & company
Get to know the people and products behind Eureka.
Who is Eureka, and where are you based?
Eureka Smart Home Co., Ltd. is a brush manufacturer based in Ningbo, China. Our brush-making story began in 1994 with Ningbo Chungfat Brush Co., Ltd. Today, we focus on professional brushes, quality wooden brushes and OEM manufacturing for brands around the world.
What kinds of brushes do you make?
Our range includes professional hairbrushes, wooden brushes, paddle brushes and styling brushes. If you are sourcing for a particular hair type, styling routine or market, share your requirements so we can discuss suitable designs and materials.
How can I find the right product for my business?
Start with the products on our website, or contact us for current product information. Send reference images, the intended use and your preferred materials or dimensions. Our team can help narrow down the options and confirm specifications and availability before you order.
OEM & ODM
Explore how a brush can be developed for your brand.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM starts with your design, drawings or sample, which we review for manufacturing. ODM starts with our designs or a concept developed with our team and adapted for your brand. The scope of design work and customization is agreed for each project.
Can I start without a finished design?
Yes. Share your target audience, intended use, references and budget. We can discuss suitable existing designs or an ODM development direction, then confirm feasibility, development costs and sampling steps with you.
Can I customize the brush, logo and packaging?
We can discuss brush design, material and finish options, logo application and packaging for your brand. Available options depend on the selected product, manufacturing requirements and order quantity. Share your artwork or brand guidelines so the scope and any development costs can be reviewed.
Samples & ordering
What to prepare before moving from an idea to an order.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantities depend on the product, materials and customization requested. Share your estimated quantities so our team can confirm the requirements for your project.
Can I review a sample before production?
Sample specifications, costs and timing are agreed for each project. Review the proposed sample and confirm the details with our team before production is approved.
What information should I include in a quotation request?
Please include the product or reference images, dimensions and materials if known, estimated order quantity, logo and packaging requirements, delivery destination and target schedule. Drawings or an existing sample are helpful for custom projects. If some details are still open, tell us your priorities so we can discuss the next steps.
How are pricing and payment terms confirmed?
Pricing is quoted for your chosen specifications, quantity and packaging. Ask us to clarify any sampling, tooling and shipping costs as part of the quotation. Payment terms and order details should be agreed in writing before the order proceeds.
Delivery & support
Plan the next steps, from production timing to product support.
How long does an OEM or ODM project take?
Timing depends on the design work required, materials, sampling, order quantity and shipping arrangements. ODM development may require additional design and sample reviews. We will review your target date and confirm a project-specific schedule.
Can you discuss shipping to my country?
We work with brands in international markets. Share your delivery country, destination and any preferred freight arrangements so shipping options, costs and responsibilities can be discussed for your order. Transit time is separate from production time, and customs requirements vary by destination.
How should we agree on quality and compliance requirements?
Share your product standards, inspection criteria and any testing or documentation required for your destination market before confirming an order. Product specifications, sample approval and inspection arrangements should be agreed for the project. Ask our team to confirm which documents apply to your selected product rather than assuming every item has the same certification.
What should I do if there is an issue with my order?
Contact our team with your order reference, the affected product and quantity, and clear photos or videos of the issue. Keep the relevant packaging and shipping information where possible. We will review the details with you and discuss the next steps based on the order and the issue reported.
These answers are a starting point. Final specifications, minimum quantities, costs, lead times and delivery terms are confirmed in your project quotation and order agreement.
